Meet Your Trainers

Angela Sorensen – Product Training Specialist

Angela is a Product Training Specialist at PlanSwift. As a member of the Training Department, Angela has brought her construction knowledge and teaching experience to aid customers in personalizing the software to their requirements.

John Peterson – Product Training Team Lead

John has been a trusted Product Training Specialist at PlanSwift for several years, during which he has trained over 5,000 estimators both online and in-person across the United States. He is passionate about helping estimators customize PlanSwift to best fit their needs and support the growth of their businesses. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and their four children, as well as working on home improvement projects.

Jacy Armstrong – Product Training Specialist

Jacy comes from a teaching background and enjoys helping people learn above all else. She’s no stranger to digging into new concepts and identifying the key information to help her clients make the most of their experience. When she is not training customers, she enjoys camping, riding ATVs with her family, and spending time with her pets.

Jon Lytle – Product Training Specialist

Jon is one of our PlanSwift and CCPI Training Specialists who has been with ConstructConnect for 3 years. However, he has been training for many years within the Financial Services field. He has trained for banks, financial companies, collection agencies, and law firms. Jon was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio and is an alumnus of Cincinnati Christian University. When not training our customers or spending time with family, Jon enjoys hunting, hiking, and caring for his many pets.
