Your included custom training depends on your license. Find yours below.
All subscription customers also get unlimited access to the free PlanSwift Fundamentals Webinar. Training hours expire 365 days after purchase and don’t roll over. Each annual renewal grants a new set of hours.
Session Topics

Each 60-minute session focuses on one topic, taught on your own plans.

Yes. All customers must complete the free PlanSwift Fundamentals Webinar before attending a custom training session. This ensures your trainer can focus on advanced topics rather than basics.
Log in to MyAccount at myaccount.constructconnect.com — your remaining training hours are visible in your account details. You can also call 1-888-752-6794, Ext. 4.
Contact the training department at Training-ops@ConstructConnect.com or call Ext. 4 as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for reschedules.
Yes. EarthWork Pro training is one of the five available custom session topics and counts against your included training hours like any other session.
Expired hours cannot be recovered. You can purchase a new 3-Hour Web Training block through sales at Ext. 1. Hours in the purchased block do not expire.
Yes. Multiple team members can join a single Zoom session. The session counts as one training hour regardless of how many people attend.
