Video Playback requires that your web browser have the latest version of flash installed. If you are experiencing any trouble with playback or if the sound seems 'choppy' try pausing the video to allow more of the content to download before starting the playback. You can also download the Windows Media Player file (.wmv) or the iPod / iPhone (.m4v) format
