Put up banners on your site for downloading a Free 14 Day Trial of PlanSwift.
Once you have signed up, you will be able to log into SwiftCentral, our powerful tracking system (you get access to the same tools we use). Within this tracking system, you can copy & paste HTML code for banners that you can place on your site. All downloads that come from these banners will be tracked in your SwiftCentral login. Just copy & paste the hyperlinks and banners throughout the online plan room in convenient places to remind the users that they can download the plans into PlanSwift to both navigate the drawings, as well as performing a digital takeoff.

Once the user has downloaded PlanSwift, we can make it easy for them to load jobs in, by providing simple links. If your plan room is already using DFS, it’s likely that your online plan room is already integrated with PlanSwift. The user can just push the “Create Takeoff” button from the “Takeoff” tab when the user is browsing to the job online.
An alternative method is to provide the files in a .SwiftImages format (Example file name would be: Walmart1001.SwiftImages). A .SwiftImages file is basically just a .ZIP file, except with the extension renamed so that PlanSwift knows to pull it in as a new job. So, to use this format, your website would just need to ZIP up the images into a .SwiftImages file for them to download, and you’re done.
